When I had Everleigh I tried SO many different things with her. I got some awesome recommendations from you guys, and friends and family, so today I'm rounding up all of my baby favorites. Not all of these are MUST HAVES but I would recommend these to any mama. My friends and family would all tell you I am a little over the top when it comes to research on the best products. They would also tell you I am the Queen of discounts. When I find a discount code for any of these items I will add it to my discount code page.

My number one recommendation is the Newton Crib Mattress. The mattress and mattress cover are both 100% breathable and reduces suffocation risk. No other baby mattress is like it on the market! I really did my research on this because SIDS is such a scary thing and I really wanted to get the safest option on the market. I also like that the entire mattress is washable - the cover can go in the washing machine and the inner core material can be hosed down in the tub/shower. This means no nasty bacteria in your baby's mattress. It is worth every penny.

A close second favorite would be the Owlet Monitor and Smart Sock. We have used this since the day we brought Everleigh home and it gave me so much peace of mind as a first time mom. Nothing has given Zac and I more peace of mind than this thing. Basically, *it‘s a tiny sock that you put on your baby to track their heart rate and oxygen levels. We use this every single night and it makes me feel so much better knowing that Everleigh is okay! If her heart rate or oxygen level drop below a certain parameter, Zac and I would be alerted and could intervene. The base station will sound an alert and if you have your iPhone connected it will alert your phone. It’s super easy to use too! I would pay double for this product, I love it that much.
We love the Dock-A-Tot as a nap station for our baby girl. We take it to life group, family gatherings, down to the lake, we literally take it EVERYWHERE. The Dock-A-Tot is cushioned on the bottom so you can set it on hard surfaces and it still be comfortable for the baby unlike other ones on the market. It was a little big when she was a newborn but she quickly grew into it.
Hatch Baby Rest Sound Machine & Night Light: We love that we can control this device from our phones and customize the color, brightness, sound, and volume level. You can program it to turn on automatically, manually tap it, or adjust settings via your phone - which means no disrupting a sleeping baby by walking in and out of the nursery! We have been using this next to Everleigh’s crib every night!

We use Ryan&Rose cutie pat flat pacifiers and cutie teether rattle. Those are her favorite teething soother pieces that she has played with since birth. Another toy I always have on hand is her Multisensorial Stimulation Silicone Baby Teething Toys Infant Rattling Teether Soothing Pacifier, BPA Free Teethers, Mushroom Teether (Pink) I got from Amazon.

My diaper bag and my “everything else” bag. These are bags are from Fawn Design, they are on the pricer side of things but I got them during the month of October, breast cancer awareness month, at a good discount because they were running a sale on anything blush. I have the Fawn Design Mini Diaper Bag and if I did it over again I would probably get the Fawn Design Original Diaper Bag just because a little extra room wouldn't hurt. I can fit 4 diapers, pack of pampers wipes, pacifier, cutie teether rattle, bottle, small formula container, and wallet. If I had the Original I would be able to add a small blanket, burp rags, and back up outfit. The Weekender Bag is the ultimate motherhood bundle. This bag was designed with momma's in mind. I used this bag as my hospital bag and now use it as my Day Pack, the bag I keep in the car with everything I could possibly need just in case plans change and I don't have the chance to run home. It also is sized as the perfect carry on if you plan on traveling with your little one early. Both these bags are made of premium vegan leather, gold hardware made to last, and have multiple pockets for storage/organization. I definitely treated myself with these two items but I justified it by the killer discount I got in October. Currently they are running a Ultimate Motherhood Bundle in JANUARY 2021: SAVE EXTRA $50 WITH CODE: BUNDLEMONTH.

Ever since Everleigh was born she has gone to work with me. The ending result was I tried a lot of different baby items to keep her active, engaged, and independently playing so I could get my work done. I have linked below some of the products that really helped me be productive at work, give my daughter the entertainment needed and helped her with motor skill development simultaneously.
Fisher-Price Deluxe Kick & Play Piano Gym
Graco Slim Spaces Compact Baby Swing
Disney Baby Finding Nemo Mr. Ray Ocean Lights Activity Gym
It may seem extra to some, and that's okay but for us it was one of our favorite products. The Baby Breeza Instant Warmer Baby Breeza makes products that are basically a Keurig for babies. The Instant Warmer dispenses warm water on demand 24-7 and maintains warm temperatures day and night. It has 3 temperatures and holds 50 oz of water. It may seem like much but when you are sleep deprived with a newborn at 3 am and have hangry baby on your hip trying to get water to the correct temperature - it is a game changer. I had the bottle made before she could really wake up and get upset. Happy baby = more sleep for you and baby.
Ergonomic Hipseat Baby Carrier (6 in 1) is one of my new favorites. When Everleigh was born I used the Baby Bjorn Infant carrier and it was great but at about 3 months it was no longer ideal to carry her in. She was weighing about 11 lbs and it was killer on my back. So I started researching for a new one and bought and returned many before I found the Ergonomic Hipseat Baby Carrier. This carrier has become my go to before leaving the house! Everleigh loves to explore and see new things. Right now, her favorite is the Wonders of Wildlife Aquarium. I am able to walk for roughly 3 hours with her face-to-face or front facing with no back pain at all. You initially strap on the hip piece with the seat cushion, then you proceed with clicking in the X-Shape anti-shedding straps to aid with back support. It is super easy to assemble with your baby in hand. Other features I love are the side bottle holder, front storage pocket, side phone pocket, and the breathable mesh zipper on the front that can be used to be breathable or keep warm. Every mama loves pockets.
Ubbi Diaper Pail: Lots of our friends with little ones recommended this as it is the most award winning pail on the market. My favorite thing about it other than it's steel design odor locking ability would be that you don’t need special bags (saves you money!) and it has a childproof lock. I love how sleek the design is too! Everleigh has put Ubbi to the odor test - from newborn poos to now being 5 months old and has been introduced to puree foods - no smelly diaper smell in our home!
